Start with your workspace

Open the workspace to create tasks, events, contacts, notes, and a personal file collection. Global search finds the records on this device.

Use Settings → Export workspace for a copy of planning data. Download files individually.

Connect your Classified mailbox

Choose Connect your mail and enter your existing mailbox address and app password or a mailbox-scoped access token. Never enter a Stalwart administrator credential.

When signed in, connecting saves your mailbox credential encrypted with your Classified account and opens Mail through the account service. You can reopen a saved mailbox from Settings. The device-only workspace uses a direct connection that requires the mail server to allow browser requests; its credential stays in memory until the page closes.

Creating a Classified account does not create a mailbox. If connection fails, continue using your existing mail client.

Account help

Workspace sign-in uses the Classified account service on this site. Use an existing email address when creating an account. Verification and recovery links go to that address. Signing in does not create a mailbox.

“Forgot your password?” requests recovery. If the email service is rate-limited, wait; repeating signup requests will not bypass its limit.

Link an account

Settings shows your linked accounts and connection status. Google and Microsoft links are available when enabled by the operator. Their inboxes are not available in this release.

You can also save an existing Classified mailbox credential with the account service, then choose Open mailbox to use it in Mail. This does not create a mailbox. Never use a server administrator credential.

What’s connected—and what isn’t

Personal planning and files save on this device. A connected mailbox reads and writes through JMAP, with plain-text message reading and attachment downloads.

Team invitations, shared files, cross-device sync, Gmail and Microsoft inbox access, AI processing, and automatic mailbox creation are not enabled.

Sending, carefully

Review the sender and recipients before sending. An accepted submission means the mail server accepted the request; it does not prove inbox delivery.

When a request’s outcome is uncertain, the app does not resend automatically. Check your server mailbox and submission history before creating another message.

Attachments uploaded while composing are kept on the mail server, but their attachment selection is not restored after closing a draft.

About the vault

The original vault image is brand artwork. Its labels and imagery are not descriptions of this application’s cryptography.

This app does not implement air-gapped keys, end-to-end encrypted mail, zero-access storage, or an AI threat score.

Device-saved content is not encrypted by this app. Use a trusted device and clear local data before giving it to someone else.
