The key to everything is offline.
Classified is the only email service whose master key lives on a 3.5-inch floppy disk — sealed in a vault, never connected to anything, physically beyond the reach of every hacker on Earth. Your mail is encrypted so completely that even we can't read it.
From $1.44 a month — yes, priced after the disk itself.
Zero access
No keys held.
No plaintext stored.
No backdoors.
Nothing we can read.
Physical security
Master key lives offline, air-gapped on retro hardware.
Built different
Not for everyone. For those who value real privacy.
You own you
You control your keys. You control your identity.
The Manifest
Every serious vault has one thing the internet cannot touch. Ours is 1.44 megabytes of 1971 hardware carrying 2026 cryptography.
What that protects. Remote attackers cannot reach a disk in a drawer. The service's root of trust has no attack surface at all — not a small one. None.
What it doesn't claim. Your mail itself lives on encrypted disks in the data center, sealed with keys derived from your passphrase. The floppy protects the service's own root of trust. We spell this out because a privacy service that overstates its architecture deserves neither your money nor your trust.
Three Laws of the Vault
Zero access
No one, not even us, can read your mail. It's a property of the math, not a promise.
Physical over digital
If it's not plugged in, it can't be hacked. The master key never was.
Sovereign privacy
Your data. Your keys. Your rules. No ads, no trackers, no third-party requests.
The Ledger
Priced after the artifact: the disk holds 1.44 MB, so the vault starts at $1.44 — and every tier is a multiple of the disk. Identical encryption throughout; higher clearance buys room, not safety.
No free tier — on purpose. Free inboxes are what spammers farm, and their abuse would slow delivery for every paying operative. Instead: a 30-day money-back guarantee on every tier, and a referral perk — give a month, get a month.
Identity Uplink
